LOVE LIFTS ALL Love is the creative substance of the Universe. Through love we raise our consciousness to meet the challenges to transform our lives.
Love is the basic building block. Love is accepting right now, what is: and who we are, and moving to what could be through intention. Love is unconditional therefore it awakens within us our true intentions.
Being in touch with our true intentions has a big impact on transforming our lives. When we are truly in touch with our feelings and thoughts, we then can go for results. Being in touch pushes us out of denial and suppression and brings us to CHOICE! This is where individual responsibility takes over. Choice only exists outside of need. Choice claims its birth in creativity. Out of the very substance of our being; choice manifests its voice. Choice moves intention into reality.
You create your reality through choice. There is nothing to get in the way of your dreams, except your need to be right about your excuses or hang on to your excuses. I invite you to love so deeply, so wisely that you allow your wildest dreams to come true!

As my one-on-one coaching clients, we will usually talk by telephone or in person once a week for 30 minutes. Each Monday, you will email me a Coaching Prep Form listing your insights or releases for the week, and explaining what you would like to focus on in the coming coaching sessions.
