I have lost over 30 pounds since then with no starving or exercising. I have been shown how to remove the programming that kept the excess weight on me. Come and join me weekly and learn to use different methods to remove the programming that has kept you "stuck" in FAT.
Reclaiming Your Feminine Nature – Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:00pm. In today's society you have been taught to use your brains and shut off your emotions. It's time to reclaim your creative, loving, strong, nurturing side and create the life/relationships you truly desire. You will learn EFT and other energy healing techniques to change your life.
Healing Circle – Wednesdays, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Divine healing energy is a simple, natural and safe method of healing that restores balance to the systems.
Meditation Group – Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00pm. Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. By regularly practicing a calm, focused state of mind, one is able to reduce stress, improve health, and empower the individual.
Spiritual Connections Group - Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:00pm. We explore our spiritual connection to the Divine. We learn how to channel Divine messages from the highest possible source and to live our lives in a Divinely guided way. Come and explore your spiritual nature in an atmosphere of love, respect, and acceptance. There is a $30.00 per month charge for this group.
All classes are for Adults or older teens only. We do not provide childcare. |
