Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural system of energy healing. It is done by placing the hands on or near the recipient. The practitioner runs Reiki Energy while placing their hands on or over a series of locations on the recipient’s body. This energy is the life force that permeates the universe.
The process of doing Reiki treatment is thought of as "laying on of hands" or "spiritual healing" and is considered to be a metaphysical phenomenon. Reiki flows through the practitioner but is not generated by the practitioner. Giving treatments does not deplete the Reiki practitioners own energy supplies.
Reiki is related to some practices of Chinese Medicine, Chi gong and other Holistic Medicine and modes. Reiki is somewhat of a fusion of spiritual healing and some traditional Asian medical, spiritual and health practices. The hand placements correspond to some of those points used in Acupuncture and other practices but no needles, pressure or massage is used.
What does Reiki do?
Reiki treatment enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself. It increases vitality and stamina. It works throughout the body, on the mind, emotions, spiritual essence and aura. Reiki treatment releases blocked energy, promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Reiki energy has a degree of innate intelligence and goes wherever most needed in the body and aura. It helps to cleanse the body of energetic and physical toxins. Reiki can over time, enhance stamina, intuition, meditation and spiritual evolution.
Reiki can help alleviate suffering, whether it be of a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual nature. This means that Reiki can heal. This statement is not a guarantee or a promise that someone will be relieved of any ailment whatsoever with a single or with multiple Reiki treatments. In most cases Reiki does enhance the effects of medical treatment when used in conjunction with it. An underlying principle of Reiki is that it can do no harm and cannot be used for any harmful purpose.
I am a Reiki Master. This means that I can give Reiki treatments and/or attune you to give Reiki treatments. You will feel the calming effects of Reiki right away but it may take many treatments to heal a disease, just like it takes time to create a disease. You can experience Reiki at our Free Healing Circle, every Wednesday evening, 6:00—7:00 pm at The Center for Divinely Guided Healing. I am also attuned to many other energy healing methods such as Shamballa, Aura Empowerment, Colours of Angels, Tibetan Reiki, Blue Star Celestrial, Ames Deus and many others.

An idividual session lasts 30 minutes and cost $45.00. For more price options click here. | Reiki Attunements To practice Reiki a student must first receive instruction and an attunement(s). A attunement is a small ceremony that a Reiki Master and student take part in. It can be done in person or distantly. The attunement is a powerful clearing of the students energy channels so that the student is able to channel more energy through their body than they were previously able to do and your ability to help yourself and others will increase. With each attunement you receive the more balanced and clear you will become. After the attunement you will go through a 21 day cleansing process. It will clear and balance your body, mind and spirit. The attunement whether done in person or distantly is permanent and does not need to be repeated.
Reiki I - $50
This Reiki Attunement connects you to the universal source of healing energy which you can then start to channel. You can use this to help heal others and heal yourself. Reiki is a great tool for strengthening your own natural healing gifts and empowering your life on many levels. Each level of the Reiki attunement process will also strengthen your auric field and natural alignment to your subtle bodies.
Reiki II - $75
The second Reiki Attunement deepens your connection to the universal source and strengthens your ability to channel the energy naturally. Reiki II introduces the Reiki Symbols which also allow healing to be directed to emotional/mental issues and across time/space. You can use this to do your own healing work no matter where the recipient is physically located in the world.
Reiki III (Master) - $100
The final Master Attunement further strengthens your connection to the Reiki Source. In addition, you are taught the final symbol which empowers you to pass on the Reiki Attunements to others. (It is also very good practice to study all the Reiki Manuals thoroughly, so that you are familiar with every aspect of Reiki - before you start to attune others).
